CropSettle LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the add-on for personal or business purposes.
The add-on is owned by CropSettle LLC. This license does not transfer ownership of the software.
You may not redistribute, resell, reverse engineer, or modify the software, or remove any proprietary notices.
The add-on reads the active spreadsheet and reads only the file names and links in the Drive folder you choose, solely to create the links you request. It does not read your file contents, and does not copy, store, or transmit your files or their contents to CropSettle LLC. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. CropSettle LLC is not liable for any damages arising from its use. Always verify your links after running. You are responsible for your own data; Google Sheets keeps version history (File → Version history) so any run can be rolled back.
The add-on itself is free to install. Pro license keys purchased through Gumroad carry a 30-day money-back guarantee, honored by CropSettle LLC as the seller — contact support@cropsettle.com with your order number. Where a purchase is made through another platform, that platform's refund process applies.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States.
